Very disappointed - Static camera on export

Feature Request

I created a video and all seemed to be good on the timeline, checked and rechecked. Purchased credits to export the video and when downloaded the video is stuck at the starting position but the track moves. Very disappointed. Is there a way I can get a refund on my credits?

    Following on from the reply from Tobias I also noticed in very small text somewhere not very obvious that the maximum length for a video is 2 minutes, mine was over this and was causing the error. Once I reduced to under 2 mins the render processed fine. It might be worth making this more obvious to prevent the reporting of further issues!
