Thanks for making AvoMap - it looks great. I want to make trekking maps for my clients. How can I keep the video centered around the moving marker. I am able to manually move it in the preview pane but when it plays the marker often goes out of the frame. Here's what I tried so far - (a) I tried to split into segments to optimise the angles, zoom (b) tried the manual camera mode etc. Is there something obvious I am missing?

There’s one setting that controls how the camera moves along your path. In the editor, go to Camera > Choose your Segment > Camera Flight > Set Manual Camera Flight.

Here’s what’s happening: AvoMap tries to calculate an optimal, smooth camera flight automatically, but sometimes that’s easier said than done. That’s why you can override it.
You can adjust the Camera Smoothing Factor, which is basically an abstraction of your route. The higher the factor, the more precisely the camera will follow the track. Just keep in mind that a higher factor can also make camera jumps more noticeable.

Give it a try and see if this works better for you!
