Re-ordering of segments

Feature Request

Is it possible to re-order the route segments in the timeline or elsewhere on the app? Ideally I’d like to drag and drop the segments like clips in a regular video editor such as Premiere. When I upload a .gpx file with multiple segments, sometimes they do not appear in the correct order on the app, causing big jumps in the animation. I tried to solve this by uploading multiple .gpx files (one for each segment) but currently uploading a new file simply erases the old one. Please let me know if I’m missing something in the current version that would allow me to find a workaround.

    Unfortunately, that’s not supported yet. But thanks for clarifying your use case — I understand now what you’re trying to achieve.

    I’ll implement something like this in the near future. In the meantime, I recommend a fantastic free tool called GPX Studio for reordering and preparing your GPX file. Just upload your file, edit it as needed, then export it and import it into the AvoMap editor for animation.
