Right now,if you have part of the route in GPS/GPX file you can not add it to an existing project? we should able able to add new files, and additional segments wherever we need/want.
I don’t fully understand the use case here. You want to be able to extend pre-existing routes with GPX files and vice versa?

Well, very simple. you created some segments and then you go off-track with your gps device recording the GPX.

How can I add a GPX file to a new segment? I do not find the option. Use case: trip video - flight in, drive to hotel, trekking around, … Having multiple segments with each having GPX data is an essential use case.

Hi Helmut,
Extending already created routes with GPX files is currently not supported. One thing you can do though is to use GPX Studio. It’s a fantastic tool to create or edit GPX files — and it’s free. Once you’re happy with your route just export it with GPX Studio, then import it to AvoMap for animation.

Not at the moment, no. Full dev focus is on adding:
Train Routing
Free Painting Tool
Improving Speed of the whole application
Once that’s all done I hope to find the time to focus on this ☝️
