Functions lost when I download

First time using AvoMap and was delighted with the preview of the video I created. However when I downloaded all the functionality has been lost. There is no fly-in or fly-out, and when the route is traced it disappears off screen so the viewer can’t see the route arrive at its destination! I’ve downloaded twice with the same result. This is very disappointing and has cost me two credits and a load of wasted time! Very surprised that I cannot find a way to email Support so have posted here in the hope that AvoMap will respond. I really want to use the app but I can’t continue unless this issue is solved. Thanks.
