Duration of a Segment

It would be nice if the minimum duration of a segment would be shorter than 2 seconds.

I am cutting segments into smaller chunks, so I can:

— play with the camera settings

— slow down the animation at various points

When I cut either end of a segment, it can be shorter than 2 seconds, but as soon as I drag it to fine-tune it, it jumps to the current limit.
