I purchased the $9 plan with 5 video credits.
I only exported 2 videos but my credits are already 0.

Project name: Stavroupoli to Sili.

Could you please check my account?

    Hi Tengo, thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked the database and, indeed, something very strange happened. I can’t even retrace your render processes. Very interesting and Im sorry you ran into this issue.

    Nonetheless, I’ve just added 5 credits to your account for the trouble.
