Change destinations in timeline - Drag and drop

Not sure if I have missed this but when making a project with say 10 stops and point 6 and 7 are the wrong way round is the a function to just click and drag them to change the order? From what I can figgure out you have to delete all steps from 5 and rebuild? Thanks
