CAMERA STUCK

when i exported the video, it only shows the starting position, the camera is not moving at all unlike the preview, its just stuck at the very beginning, some new line paths are created meaning the route was good. but the camera is just there at the very start and not moving with the route, can someone help?!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reporting this, and I’m sorry that you ran into this issue. I will need to look into it further.

    At the moment, our database performance is a bit on the slower side, and there is a chance that the data for the camera movement was not transferred correctly.

    One workaround that usually helps is to “nudge” the segment length slightly — for example, changing it from 10 seconds to 10.5 seconds and then back again. This forces the camera to recalculate.

    Could you please send an email to hello@avomap.com and let me know which account you are using? This will allow me to investigate more closely and reimburse the credits you used. I’ll make sure to reimburse you as soon as possible.

    I’m currently on a short vacation, but I’ll be back in a couple of days. Once I’m back, I will look directly into the database issue as well as some other minor issues that might be contributing to the problem you’re experiencing.
