Bug in the routing over pacific

The direct custom line over pacific somehewe in the midle of it turns the opposite way, around the planet.

Need to do segment of my journey over the pacific, Los Angeles to Sydney - instead of going over pacific, the shourtest route goes opposite direction. When testing it more in detail, I realized that there is a bug which turns the route opposite (see the screenshot, from points 2 to 3 ok, 3 to 4 ok and then suddnely 4 to 5 goes opposite round the whole world).

I can not use the flight route as want to keep the scale of the globe same and the flight segment zooms in ad the end (when followed by another ride segment).

Can the bug of the custom line over pacific be fixed?
