Added features to the Pause segment

Pause is a great addition, but I missed these features immediately after adding it to my timeline:

— ability to control camera (I am thinking rotation effect instead of just a freeze)

— shorter duration (related feature request posted)

— adding notes (multiline text box, pinned to location)
